A few things worth knowing before we set off.
Yes. Every booking is a private car charter (Private Hire) with a customised itinerary for you and your party. Charlie's comfortable Suzuki APV seats up to 7 adult passengers, with spacious seating and ample legroom.
Every tour includes your private air-conditioned Suzuki APV, professional English-speaking guide/driver (Charlie or trusted native teammate), fuel/petrol, parking fees at all stops, highway toll charges, complimentary bottled mineral water from the onboard cooler box, and clean traditional Balinese sarongs and sashes for visiting sacred temples.
There is no overtime charge. Charlie's service philosophy includes no additional charges for traffic delays or extended photo-taking stops. You will never be rushed or charged extra for taking your time to photograph views or savor moments.
No advance deposit or upfront booking fee is required. Payment is made in cash directly to Charlie upon completion of your journey. We accept Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), US Dollar (USD), Australian Dollar (AUD), or other major currencies converted at prevailing daily bank rates.
Yes. The Suzuki APV has generous rear cargo space. For extra-large luggage or surfboards, Charlie can mount an external rooftop luggage carrier. For large groups exceeding 7 passengers, larger vans can be arranged in advance.
Absolutely. Charlie specializes in combination tours where you can pair cultural landmarks (like Ubud, Kintamani, or Bedugul) with outdoor activities such as white water rafting, trekking, ATV rides, or dolphin tours.
